삼성바이오로직스의 회계 부정 혐의 관련 일지. [자료 제공 = 유안타증권]유안타증권은 11일 삼성바이오로직스에 대해 한국거래소 기업심사위원회의 상장 유지 결정으로 우려됐던 최악의 상황을 피했다며 투자의견 `매수`, 목표주가 51만원을 유지했다. 앞서 한국거래소는 전날 기업심사위원회 심의결과 상장유지를 결정했고, 이에 따라 삼성바이오로직스의 주식 거래는 이날 오전 9시 매매거래정지가 해제될 예정이다. 거래소는 경영의 투명성과 관련해 일부 미흡한 점이 있지만 기업의 계속성, 재무 안정성을 고려해 상장을 유지하기로 했다. 서미화 연구원은 "기심위 심의결과 후 조치로 시장의 불확실성이 해소됐다는 점이 긍정적"이라면서도 "상장폐지라는 큰 장해물은 피했으나 금융당국과 삼성바이오로직스 사이에 진행 중인 소성건들은 계속 진행될 예정"이라고 전했다. 삼성바이오로직스 역시 전날 기심위의 상장 유지 결정이 나온 직후 소송을 통해 회계처리 적정성을 입증하겠다는 입장을 밝혔다. 서 연구원은 "기존의 펀더멘털과 실적 위주의 투자 판단이 필요한 상황"이라고 판단했다.
