래미안 라클래시의 3.3㎡당 평균 분당포장이사 분양가는 4750만 원. 평당 5000만 원에 가까운 분양가다. 전용 71㎡의 경우 13억 100만∼14억 5500만원, 전용 84㎡는 15억 5300만∼16억 6400만원으로 책정됐다. 서울 지역 아파트 평균 매매가(7억 원)의 2배 수준이다.
그럼에도 분양가가 일산포장이사 주변 시세보다 저렴하다는 평에 청약자가 몰렸다는 분석이다. 삼성물산 관계자는 "라클래시의 분양가는 광명용달이사 주변 시세보다 저렴하다는 것이 대체적인 의견이었다"며 "시세보다 낮은 분양가에 따라 청약자들이 몰린 것으로 파악하고 있다"고 말했다.
