정경심 동양대 교수가 24일 새벽 구속된 것은 결국 정 교수 측이 구속전 피의자심문(영장실질심사)에서 일방적으로 밀린 것이란 평가가 나온다. 서울중앙지법 송경호 영장전담 부장판사는 정 교수에 대한 구속영장을 발부하면서 “현재까지 수사경과에 비춰 증거인멸의 염려가 있다”고 밝혔다. 범죄 혐의가 상당부분 소명됐고, 구속의 상당성이 인정된다고도 했다.
