중국 축구의 자존심 우레이(에스파뇰)가 손흥민(토트넘 홋스퍼)와 같은 날 골 맛을 동시에 봤다.
우레이는 지난 7일 오전 0시(한국시간) 군포아파트이사 스포르팅 히혼과 2020/2021 스페인 세군다 리가(2부리그) 17라운드 홈 경기에서 후반 43분 선제골과 추가시간 도움까지 더해 2-0 승리에 기여했다. 손흥민도 같은 시간 아스널과 북런던 더비에서 골을 넣으며, 2-0 승리를 이뤄냈다.
중국 언론은 손흥민과 함께 같은 시간에 덕양구포장이사 골을 넣은 우레이를 향한 찬사를 아끼지 않았다. 중국 매체 ‘소후닷컴’은 “손흥민과 우레이가 골 넣은 시간은 거의 같다. 도움까지 기록도 같이 했다. 두 아시아 스타가 같이 일요일 밤을 빛냈다”라고 손흥민을 같이 거론하며 기뻐 했다.
우레이는 지난 시즌 소속팀 에스파뇰이 세군다 리가로 강등 당했지만, 팀에 남았다. 그는 올 시즌 개막전에서 1골 1도움으로 맹활약 했지만, 이후 부진하며 한때 주전 경쟁에서 밀렸다. 그러나 최근 3경기 연속 선발 출전했고, 히혼전 1골 1도움으로안양포장이사 반전 기반을 잡았다.
한편 ‘소후닷컴’도 “우레이는 손흥민과 비교할 수밖에 없다. 두 사람은 약간의 차이가 있을 수밖에 없다”라며 우레이의 분발을 촉구했다.
