문희상 국회의장이 29일 패스트트랙(신속처리안건)으로 지정된 검찰개혁 법안의 본회의 부의 시점을 12월로 결정하면서 사법개혁안, 선거법 개정안, 내년도 예산안을 일괄 타결하는 이른바 '빅딜론'이 힘을 얻고 있다. 특히 해당 안건들에 대한 자유한국당과의 합의 가능성이 낮아 바른미래당 당권파, 정의당, 대안신당 등 군소야당과의 공조체계 구축에 무게가 쏠리고 있다.
문 의장은 당초 고위공직자범죄수사처(공수처) 법안 등 검찰개혁안을 이날 본회의에 부의하는 방안을 검토했으나, 최종적으로 12월 3일 부의하기로 결정했다.
