내 용

시는 역세권 청년주택 중 청년과 신혼부부 주택의 비중을 40∼70% 수준으로 대폭 늘리고 이를 모두 주변 시세의 50% 이하의 임대료로 공급하기로 했다.

지금은 역세권 청년주택 중 공공임대주택인 20%는 주변 시세의 30% 수준, 민간임대주택인 나머지 80%는 주변 시세의 85∼95% 수준으로 공급된다.

역세권 청년주택의 주거면적도 확대·다양화해 1인 청년용은 14∼20㎡, 신혼부부용은 30∼40㎡로 하고, 냉장고·에어컨 등 필수 가전·가구는 빌트인 설치를 의무화해 입주자의 편의를 높이고 부담을 줄이도록 할 방침이다.

시는 이런 내용을 포함한 '역세권 청년주택 혁신방안'을 26일 발표했다.
